By accessing and using TrendingTools ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.
Important Note: TrendingTools is a free, client-side application. All tools operate entirely in your browser without transmitting data to our servers.
Service Description
TrendingTools provides a collection of 10 web-based tools that include:
- Text case converter
- Password generator
- Unit converter
- QR code generator
- Color picker and converter
- Advanced calculator
- Image editor
- Word counter
- Base64 converter
- JSON formatter
All tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
User Responsibilities
Proper Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:
- In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
- To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service
- To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Service
- To introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful
Prohibited Activities: Any attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service, or any unauthorized use of the Service may result in termination of your access.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TrendingTools and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
User Content
Since we don't store any user data, any content you process through our tools remains on your device. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall TrendingTools, its affiliates, directors, employees, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Under no circumstances will TrendingTools be responsible for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from hacking, tampering, or other unauthorized access or use of the Service or your account or the information contained therein.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. TrendingTools makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service, or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Service.
You expressly agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk. TrendingTools does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TrendingTools, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to your violation of this Agreement.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
